Regular: $915.00
Full Time Law School Faculty – $455.00 (Faculty members are required to fax or mail in their registration form as status will be verified by the Institute.)
What does the registration fee include?
The Institute registration fee includes:
Access to all educational programming – Monday – Friday
Institute Materials – Printed, CD-ROM or USB Flash Drive (new this year)
Additional Materials - You may opt to purchase an additional CD-ROM or USB Flash Drive for $200. Check this option on the registration form.
Daily Continental Breakfast - 8:00 – 9:00 a.m. in the Exhibit Hall
Monday Night Reception - 5:00 – 7:00 p.m. in the Exhibit Hall
Evening Transportation - Complimentary evening shuttle service to selected local dining and entertainment areas.
How do I register for the 43rd Annual Institute?

Or you can print the Institute registration form and mail or fax the completed form to the Heckerling Institute. The Institute does not accept registrations by phone.
Where can I get a registration form?
The registration form is located in the brochure and on the Institute website.
Are the Institute materials for sale?
You may purchase a CD-ROM or USB Flash Drive for an additional $200.
LexisNexis Matthew Bender will publish the proceedings of the Institute, which will include the General Session Materials, the Recent Development Materials and the transcript from the Question & Answer Session. Can I register on-site?
Registration is available on-site at the Orlando World Center Marriott Resort & Convention Center beginning on Sunday, January 11th at 2:00 p.m. Registrations will be accepted at the door on a space available basis.
When is the registration cut-off date?
There is no cut-off date for registration.
How do I confirm my registration?
Online registrations receive a confirmation immediately.
You will receive a registration confirmation letter approximately two weeks after we receive your registration if you mail or fax you registration form to the Institute.
What is the cancellation / refund policy?
Registration fees are refundable (less a $75 administrative fee) if written notice is received no later than 12 Noon EST, Monday, December 29, 2008. Refunds will not be issued after that date. All requests for a full refund after the cancellation date must be made in writing. Exceptions to this policy are up to the discretion of the Institute director and will be reviewed and processed AFTER the conference. CREDIT CARD REFUNDS ARE PROCESSED WITHIN TWO WEEKS. REFUND CHECKS TAKE SIX TO EIGHT WEEKS. Guest program fees are not refundable.
